4. Agency Fees, Payments & VAT

Professional Fees: NiSea charges commissions or service fees as outlined in written agreements or invoices.

Non-Circumvention: If NiSea introduces a property, owner, or opportunity to a user, any subsequent transaction involving that introduction shall remain subject to NiSea’s commission, even if completed directly or through third parties within twelve (12) months.

VAT Disclaimer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all quoted prices and fees are exclusive of VAT. Eligibility for the reduced 5% VAT rate in Cyprus is subject to government approval and applicable regulations.

Payment Terms: Fees for consultations or deposits must be settled prior to service delivery.

Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable once service has been initiated. Refunds are only considered in specific cases of transaction failure caused by verified technical or legal issues beyond the user's control. Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiSea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its services.

Force Majeure: NiSea is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or changes in government residency or tax policies.

 

9. Intellectual Property
